The fish and anemone have been having a symbiotic relationship for weeks. The fragrance of the anemone is supposed to be very attractive to the fish. Now the fish stays on the other side of the tank, not coming near the anemone. Salt water tank enthusiasts, help please.

the fish may go back to it eventually. have you done anything to the tank, like change the current around at all? the fish may have just been chillin next to the anemone and not really hosting in it. are you sure that you have a suitable host for the type of clown fish that you have? keep an eye on the fish when you are feeding them and see if it takes any food to it. if it does it may have something to do with the food or current.
